Who handles your data

What I receive and why

• What you put in your email: your name, email address, company name and the message itself.
• I use it only to reply to your enquiry, make an offer and, if we agree, to set up and carry out a contract. I do not sell it or pass it on for marketing.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (UK GDPR / GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and the legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who else sees it

• Google (Google Workspace) — the email service where messages are stored.
• Cloudflare — website hosting. Like any web server, it processes visitors’ IP addresses and request data to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.

Both may process data outside the UK and the EEA; they rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions to do so.

How long I keep it

If we do not start working together — up to two years from the last email, then it is deleted. If we sign a contract — for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask me to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or stop using it — write to info@linasplatform.com. I reply within one month. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
